Qué recopilamos
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
Escaneo facial (constantes vitales con la cámara)
El escaneo facial opcional graba un vídeo corto de tu cara para estimar tu frecuencia cardíaca y, en el escaneo más largo, tu frecuencia respiratoria. Es solo para adultos (18+) y pide tu permiso por separado antes de empezar. El vídeo se envía a nuestra IA en la nube solo para calcular esa lectura, se elimina en cuanto la lectura termina y nunca se usa para identificarte ni se guarda como registro biométrico. La lectura en sí es una estimación de bienestar, que se guarda en tu historial de salud como cualquier otra lectura.
AI service providers
To generate the guidance you ask for, Nidanix sends data to third-party AI services. The primary provider is Google LLC, through its Gemini API. Only if Gemini is unavailable may the same request be sent instead to OpenAI or Anthropic. What is sent: the symptoms you type or say and your answers to follow-up questions; your chat messages; photos, documents (such as lab reports and prescriptions) and recordings (such as a cough sound) that you choose to have read; your age and sex; and, only if you turn it on in Settings → AI & your health record, your conditions, medicines, allergies, recent vitals and visits. The face-scan video is not sent to these providers. This data is entered, spoken, uploaded or captured by you in the app. It is used only to produce the triage guidance, chat replies, report and photo readings and estimates you asked for. It is not used for advertising and we do not sell it. The app names these providers and asks for your permission before any of it is sent. You can turn off the photo, recording and health-record sharing at any time in Settings, stop using the AI features, or delete your account. We share data with these providers only under terms that require them to protect it to at least the standard described in this policy.
Cómo la usamos
Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
Cómo está protegido
Los datos de salud siempre se cifran en tránsito. En reposo, tus archivos, medios y recetas se almacenan cifrados, las copias de seguridad se cifran antes de salir de nuestros sistemas y la aplicación cifra lo que guarda en tu dispositivo; el cifrado en reposo de nuestra base de datos principal está en curso. El acceso está restringido por rol, queda registrado y se limita a prestar y mejorar tu atención. Conservamos tus registros solo el tiempo necesario para el servicio y la ley aplicable, y después los eliminamos o anonimizamos.
Your rights & controls
Puedes acceder a tus registros y exportarlos, corregir tus datos, retirar tu consentimiento y eliminar toda tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la app, con un periodo de gracia de 30 días durante el cual puedes cambiar de opinión. También puedes pedirnos por escrito que eliminemos un chequeo concreto, o tu cuenta. Atendemos las solicitudes verificadas dentro de los plazos que exige la ley.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.
Compliance & grievances
We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
