Ce que nous collectons
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.

AI service providers
To generate the guidance you ask for, Nidanix sends data to third-party AI services. The primary provider is Google LLC, through its Gemini API. Only if Gemini is unavailable may the same request be sent instead to OpenAI or Anthropic. What is sent: the symptoms you type or say and your answers to follow-up questions; your chat messages; photos, documents (such as lab reports and prescriptions) and recordings (such as a cough sound) that you choose to have read; your age and sex; and, only if you turn it on in Settings → AI & your health record, your conditions, medicines, allergies, recent vitals and visits. The face-scan video is not sent to these providers. This data is entered, spoken, uploaded or captured by you in the app. It is used only to produce the triage guidance, chat replies, report and photo readings and estimates you asked for. It is not used for advertising and we do not sell it. The app names these providers and asks for your permission before any of it is sent. You can turn off the photo, recording and health-record sharing at any time in Settings, stop using the AI features, or delete your account. We share data with these providers only under terms that require them to protect it to at least the standard described in this policy.
Comment nous l'utilisons
Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
Comment c'est protégé
Les données de santé sont toujours chiffrées en transit. Au repos, vos fichiers, médias et ordonnances sont stockés chiffrés, les sauvegardes sont chiffrées avant de quitter nos systèmes, et l'application chiffre ce qu'elle conserve sur votre appareil ; le chiffrement au repos de notre base de données principale est en cours. L'accès est limité par rôle, journalisé et restreint à la fourniture et à l'amélioration de vos soins. Nous conservons vos dossiers uniquement le temps nécessaire au service et à la loi applicable, puis nous les supprimons ou les anonymisons.
Your rights & controls
Vous pouvez consulter et exporter vos dossiers, corriger vos informations, retirer votre consentement et supprimer tout votre compte à tout moment depuis l'application, avec un délai de grâce de 30 jours pendant lequel vous pouvez changer d'avis. Vous pouvez aussi nous demander par écrit de supprimer une vérification précise, ou votre compte. Nous traitons les demandes vérifiées dans les délais prévus par la loi.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.

We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
