Ce colectăm
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
Scanare facială (semne vitale cu camera)
Scanarea facială opțională înregistrează un videoclip scurt al feței dumneavoastră pentru a estima ritmul cardiac și, la scanarea mai lungă, ritmul respirator. Este doar pentru adulți (18+) și vă cere permisiunea separată înainte de a începe. AI service providers
To generate the guidance you ask for, Nidanix sends data to third-party AI services. The primary provider is Google LLC, through its Gemini API. Only if Gemini is unavailable may the same request be sent instead to OpenAI or Anthropic. What is sent: the symptoms you type or say and your answers to follow-up questions; your chat messages; photos, documents (such as lab reports and prescriptions) and recordings (such as a cough sound) that you choose to have read; your age and sex; and, only if you turn it on in Settings → AI & your health record, your conditions, medicines, allergies, recent vitals and visits. The face-scan video is not sent to these providers. This data is entered, spoken, uploaded or captured by you in the app. It is used only to produce the triage guidance, chat replies, report and photo readings and estimates you asked for. It is not used for advertising and we do not sell it. The app names these providers and asks for your permission before any of it is sent. You can turn off the photo, recording and health-record sharing at any time in Settings, stop using the AI features, or delete your account. We share data with these providers only under terms that require them to protect it to at least the standard described in this policy.
Cum le folosim
Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
Cum este protejat
Datele de sănătate sunt întotdeauna criptate în tranzit. În repaus, fișierele, conținutul media și rețetele tale sunt stocate criptat, copiile de rezervă sunt criptate înainte de a părăsi sistemele noastre, iar aplicația criptează ce păstrează pe dispozitivul tău; criptarea în repaus a bazei noastre de date principale este în lucru. Accesul este restricționat pe roluri, înregistrat și limitat la furnizarea și îmbunătățirea îngrijirii tale. Păstrăm datele doar atât cât este necesar pentru serviciu și legea aplicabilă, apoi le ștergem sau le anonimizăm.
Your rights & controls
Poți accesa și exporta înregistrările tale, îți poți corecta datele, îți poți retrage consimțământul și îți poți șterge întregul cont oricând din aplicație, cu o perioadă de grație de 30 de zile în care te poți răzgândi. Ne poți cere și în scris să ștergem o anumită verificare sau contul tău. Dăm curs cererilor verificate în termenele impuse de lege.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.

We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
