Vad vi samlar in
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
Ansiktsskanning (vitala värden med kameran)
Den valfria ansiktsskanningen spelar in en kort video av ditt ansikte för att uppskatta din puls och, vid den längre skanningen, din andningsfrekvens. Den är endast för vuxna (18+) och ber om ditt separata tillstånd innan den startar. Videon skickas till vår moln-AI enbart för att beräkna mätvärdet, raderas så snart mätningen är klar och används aldrig för att identifiera dig eller sparas som biometrisk uppgift. Själva mätvärdet är en välmåendeuppskattning som sparas i din hälsojournal som alla andra mätvärden.
AI service providers
To generate the guidance you ask for, Nidanix sends data to third-party AI services. The primary provider is Google LLC, through its Gemini API. Only if Gemini is unavailable may the same request be sent instead to OpenAI or Anthropic. What is sent: the symptoms you type or say and your answers to follow-up questions; your chat messages; photos, documents (such as lab reports and prescriptions) and recordings (such as a cough sound) that you choose to have read; your age and sex; and, only if you turn it on in Settings → AI & your health record, your conditions, medicines, allergies, recent vitals and visits. The face-scan video is not sent to these providers. This data is entered, spoken, uploaded or captured by you in the app. It is used only to produce the triage guidance, chat replies, report and photo readings and estimates you asked for. It is not used for advertising and we do not sell it. The app names these providers and asks for your permission before any of it is sent. You can turn off the photo, recording and health-record sharing at any time in Settings, stop using the AI features, or delete your account. We share data with these providers only under terms that require them to protect it to at least the standard described in this policy.
Hur vi använder den
Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
Hur det skyddas
Hälsodata krypteras alltid under överföring. I vila lagras dina filer, media och recept krypterade, säkerhetskopior krypteras innan de lämnar våra system, och appen krypterar det den sparar på din enhet; kryptering i vila för vår primära databas pågår. Åtkomsten är rollbegränsad, loggas och är begränsad till att leverera och förbättra din vård. Vi behåller dina uppgifter bara så länge det behövs för tjänsten och gällande lag, och raderar eller anonymiserar dem sedan.
Your rights & controls
Du kan komma åt och exportera dina uppgifter, rätta dina uppgifter, återkalla samtycke och radera hela ditt konto när som helst inifrån appen, med en ångerfrist på 30 dagar under vilken du kan ändra dig. Du kan också be oss skriftligen att radera en enskild kontroll, eller ditt konto. Vi hanterar verifierade förfrågningar inom de tidsfrister som lagen kräver.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.
Compliance & grievances
We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
